Dr. Hassan Angurli has a Bachelor of
Arts Degree from UCLA, a Master of Public Administration
Degree from California State University, Long Beach, and
a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Ventura College of Law.
Dr. Angurli trains diverse groups of corporate and government
executives who represent a multitude of organizations.
He has several years of experience as a Business Consultant
and Mediator. His expertise is in the areas of business
and employment law, leadership theory, management applications,
marketing, and human resources management.
Working alongside employers he demonstrates a sound knowledge
of Best Value, Performance Management techniques, employee
motivation, recruitment processes, marketing and the delivery
of cultural change within a service environment. Working
within multi-disciplinary teams, he has a reputation for
being able to “make things happen.” As an
experienced mediator, he can “put across”
complex issues in an easy and understandable way.

COMPANY HISTORY
Dr. Hassan Angurli worked for the UN (New York) development
programs for about 16 years before establishing his own
company Spectra Consultancy, which was
first founded in New York in 1989. We identified the need
of giving an individual entity to our office in the Middle
East (UAE) which was established in 2005 with 8 employees
and $750,000 capital. The new establishment has full support
and back up by our headquarter in the States delivering
professional services to good number of clients throughout
Middle East and North Africa. |
